Choose a plan

Before you agree: price, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly fee: Starter $845, Premier $1,450, Elite $2,350 or Max $3,850 per month, depending on the plan you choose, plus applicable taxes.
• Setup fee: $0.
• First payment: taken by card on the day your service goes live. It covers the rest of that calendar month, prorated by the days left (monthly fee × days remaining ÷ days in the month). If you go live on the last day of a month, it also covers the next full month. If you go live on the second-to-last day, you will see two charges on two days in a row: one for the rest of that month and one for the next month.
• Payment day: after that, we charge your card on the last day of each month, for the next month. Payment for each month is due by 11:59 p.m. on the 2nd, in your business time zone.
• If a payment is missed: if we have not received payment by 11:59 p.m. on the 2nd, your service is switched off at that moment. There is no grace period. To switch it back on, email info@officebysam.com from the email address you bought with, then pay what is due plus the $249 reactivation fee.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month and is charged every month until you cancel.
• Cancellation deadline: send your cancellation by 11:59 p.m. on the day before the last day of the month in your business time zone, and open the confirmation link within 48 hours: it takes effect at the end of that month. If you send it later, it takes effect at the end of the following month, which is already paid.
• How to cancel: online, on our cancellation page, using the email you buy with and a confirmation link we send you, which works for 48 hours. We email you a confirmation with the date the cancellation takes effect. See the Subscription terms.
